HALO Computer Technology will NOT ship to
anyone (this includes individuals, businesses, organizations or
government agencies) in the following locations:
Iran, Syria, Sudan, North Korea, Libya, Cuba,
and the State of
Maine.
While not an inclusive list, we will not ship
to locations that are on the US State Department list of
State of Sponsored Terrorism
HALO Computer Technology is not responsible for
any shipping delays by the shipping company. SHIPPING: items may be
shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS (First Class or
Priority).
HALO Computer Technology reserves the right to
substitute the selected shipping carrier/method with an equivalent
shipping carrier/method.
Estimated carrier shipping time does not include
our order processing time. For example: 2nd Day Air packages may
take 3 days to be delivered to their destination.
Failed deliveries by reason of customer's absence
at requested shipping address, or bad address, will result in a
surcharge if reshipped. Failed deliveries will not qualify for a
full refund.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within one
to two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no
problems or delays with the payment processing.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping within
our residing state, Texas. All orders shipping within Texas will be
charged the applicable sales tax.
Technical Assistance
Please contact the original manufacturer for
technical assistance. HALO Computer Technology does not provide
technical support.
Products purchased from HALO Computer Technology
On any product that you purchase from us that is
REPLACING a device or part that you currently own, we would be happy
to receive the old part or component (or system) and give it a new
home. Please contact us for
more information.

Extended Warranty
At this moment, extended warranties are only offered
on parts with a limited 30 day, or no manufacturer warranty. Your
warranty period starts from the date you receive the merchandise.
Extended warranties may be available from the manufacturer.
Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from
HALO Computer Technology, you ('Customer') agree to be bound by the
terms and conditions listed here. You and HALO Computer Technology
agree that the terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing
the sales transaction between Customer and HALO Computer Technology.
Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and
conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of
this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these
terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior
written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions
carefully before you place an order with or accept delivery of any
goods from HALO Computer Technology. HALO Computer Technology is not
responsible for any damage to parts or injury to person or property as
a result of using our products or as a result of a defective product(s).
HALO Computer Technology reserves the right to refuse service to
anyone
IMPORTANT: Customers must inspect all goods upon
receipt and notify HALO Computer Technology within 7 calendar days if
any products are missing or damaged.
Return Policy
If you believe that the product you received is
defective you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”)
number before returning the product(s). This can be accomplished by
completing a RETURNS form on our website. Please read this return
policy prior to completing the Returns form:
All return requests must happen within 14 days
from the date of receiving the product(s). No returns/refunds after
14 days.
CPU and memory must be returned within 7 days
from the date of receipt.
Due to manufacturer policy, all software, Retail
Boxed Processors, Notebooks, and Blank Media products are not
returnable.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns for
refund, and non-defective items shipped back to HALO Computer
Technology.
Shipping charges are non refundable. If a return
should take place on a FREE SHIPPING item(s), the customer will be
charged for the actual original shipping/handling costs, a minimum
of $5.
Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and
all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers
capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire
value of the shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will
be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the
original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and
other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
If any component of the returned product is
missing, HALO Computer Technology's Return Procedure will be
breached and HALO Computer Technology will reject the entire return
or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for
replacement of the missing component.
All direct replacements are limited to product
availability. If an exact replacement for a returned item is not
available, a credit will be issued.
Products must be returned within 14 days from the
issuing date of the RMA#.
All RMA items returned to our warehouse after 14
days from the issuing date of the RMA will be refused and shipped
back at customers expense.
HALO Computer Technology is NOT responsible for
any packages lost or products damaged during transit by the shipping
company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back
guarantee. All static sensitive electronic parts should be wrapped
in anti-static plastic bags and shock-resistant bubble-wrap. Some
cushioning material should be present between the item and the walls
of the box.
If your return is tested and found to be in
working order the items will be re-stocked. We will then notify you
that your RMA has been changed to an in-house credit.

without a Return Merchandise Authorization ('RMA') number will be
rejected and returned back at Customer's expense. By placing an order
